Treasury Services - Sr Specialist, Program and Project Manager
The Treasury Services Sr Specialist Project Manager with the TS Global Client Support Project Office team will lead medium-to-high complexity projects, primarily client-facing initiatives but also internal projects as assigned. Project scopes will focus on the implementation of the Bill Pay Advantage electronic bill presentment payment system, as well as treasury management services through an API digital channel.
Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, project documentation management, and turnover for projects of medium-to-high business complexity.
Manages all aspects of a project from initiation to completion. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams that are focused on managing aspects of the project/program to ensure on-time completion according to specifications.
Develops, defines, and executes project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Identifies & requests needed resources for projects.
Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, risks, and changes.
Reports and escalates progress/issues to management, as needed.
Payments Platform:
Support demos for clients and prospects at the request of Product Management.
Work with new client implementations and changes for existing client environments.
Create Statement of Work (SOW) documents for custom development.
Guide clients through business requirement discussions.
Set-up the plug-and-play environments for QA and production.
Support the client's UAT.
Liaise with third party provider to coordinate development, testing, production deployment, and post-prod support.
Treasury Services APIs
Coordinate across teams for service set-up, testing, operational readiness related to the implementation of API as a digital connectivity channel.
Work with API Solution Consultant to transition clients from the pre-implementation stage.
Other Responsibilities:
Both the payment platform and TS APIs:
Act as an SME for clients and internal teams.
Support testing efforts for roll-out of new features / functionalities.
Collaborate on creation of and updates to implementation documentation.
This role will NOT:
Execute development or programming.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
Financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred.
Experience with electronic payments technology, project management, client management preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
