What does a great Senior Financial Analyst do:
* Prepare the monthly close, forecast and annual budgeting for Electronic Payments functional areas.
* Monitor key performance indicators, analyze drivers of variances, to identify underlying business issues, provide input for operational decisions.
* Support Senior Management's decision-making process by handling the analysis and reporting around key business drivers, including operational expenses.
* Lead the monthly close and forecast processes for the team
* Facilitate the creation of annual and multi-year strategic plans for the division
* Perform ad hoc analyses, and assists team leadership with complex tasks, and projects
* Monitor and establish internal controls to assure proper compliance
* Ensures accuracy and transparency of reported and forecasted results
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
* MBA Preferred
* 5+ years business related experience
* Prior experience in an FP&A / consolidations role, including preparation of management reporting that includes performance insights
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
* Knowledge of SAP
* BPC financial reporting system
* Finance experience for contact center businesses* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
* Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
* Advanced proficiency with Excel
* Intermediate to advanced skill level on PowerPoint and Word.
