Reporting to the CEO, the Account Management Specialist acts as the first line of member contact for the organization. Working closing with all staff, Chapter Leads, and committee members, the Account Management Specialist regularly gathers and provides member data, runs virtual webinars and meetings, and creates the marketing emails and social media posts for chapter meetings, events, and webinars. In addition, this position provides administrative assistance and supports the corporate sponsor sales fulfillment process.

Data Management – Understanding who our members are and that their engagement with Wnet is critical to the success and future of the organization.
Act as the key contact for the “Your Membership” Association Management System (AMS).
Update and maintain the member database using best practices
Reach out to Board of Directors, President’s Advisory Council (PAC), Chapter Leaders, and all volunteer leaders to ensure current contact information
Engage with volunteer leadership’s support staff as needed to book meetings
Create and maintain registration pages for Wnet events
Work cooperatively with accounting to ensure QuickBooks tie to registration pages
Create promotional codes
Conduct member data pulls
Manage online Directories (Member, Expert Central, Mentor-for-a Minute, etc.) and maintain member record updates, renewal information, duplicate accounts
Assist CEO in analyzing data to identify key performance indicators.
Create member heat maps
Create excel pivot tables as needed
Assist with member data for board reports
Update event Pace Reports
Coordinate event on-site registration
Answer member inquiries about event and registration
Collect Chapter Event submission forms from Leaders
Post to website calendar, open registration
Provide data pulls for use by marketing team, including metrics for website, annual report, and other communications pieces
Work with marketing to set and track UTM and Bit.ly codes, Google Analytics, and other online metrics (e.g., social media insights)
Assist in launching surveys using Survey Monkey or other tool
Update chapter email list with local members/prospects
Track individual company sponsorship membership and provide regular membership reports to sales team
Provide data for use to sales team including creation of Quarterly ROI reports for all corporate sponsors
Implement and report on recruitment and retention campaigns, track and report results, and provide reporting to ED & Ambassadors for new, renewals and non-renewals.
Track sponsor deliverables and details (collect logo, add logos to collateral materials and website, work with Events Team on summit tickets use, register corporate champion, inform and initiate thank you social notes w/MarComm)
Update any document with new/non-renewing Corporate sponsor logos listings, and benefits listings including: Corporate Sponsor Prospectus, Advocate Prospectus, Summit Prospectus, Corporate Sponsor Kickoff Presentation
Act as Member Concierge
Answer incoming member questions by phone and email
Direct members to the appropriate Wnet services
Review and approve membership requests daily
Digital Meeting Lead
Run Wnet Board and Chapter virtual meetings
Run Wnet Webinar virtual meetings
Coordinate virtual breakouts during meetings
Stay up to date on digital meeting offerings, make recommendations on systems and ongoing improvement opportunities
Plan and execute a dry run in for speakers/organizers so they are comfortable with the online platform and run of show
Work with Chapter Leaders and Marketing team to create and maintain Chapter pages on the Wnet website
Schedule and draft Chapter emails and social posts, get review/approval from Chapter Leaders and Marketing, distribute/post, and report on results
Work with Webinar Committee or Wnet staff to collect webinar details, set up in AMS, post on Events Calendar, and open/maintain registration pages and auto-response communications to registrants
Set up in GoToWebinar or Zoom
Send details to Marketing team for emails and social posts/graphics
Attend webinar for technical support including, but limited to, playing Wnet video intro, polls/surveys, breakouts
Enroll speakers and other participants and set up rehearsals; assist Wnet Webinar Committee Volunteers in training speakers on platform if needed
Collect and upload presentations, handouts, and post-event recordings to web
Send post-webinar survey and communicate results to Webinar Committee, speaker, and Marketing; document testimonials as needed
Personal Development: Participate in continuous improvement and development to stay abreast of AMS training and new offerings. Create a sense of urgency and positive outlook to support change. Anticipate challenges that can sidetrack or derail growth and personal learning and/or association needs.
Leadership: Develop and nurture healthy staff relationships. Use leadership and communication skills to develop effective and productive working relationships with staff. Maintain a member and service focus, and a commitment to teamwork.
Collaboration: Work together with leadership team to determine needs and effectively drive awareness of Wnet, our mission, and our industry impact.
Technical Guidance and Implementation: Use best practices and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge and skills in technology.

Associate degree in business or 2 years’ full-time office employment experience
Self-starter with EXCELLENT attention to detail
Ability to launch and run virtual meetings; Experience and comfort with Zoom, GoToWebinar, and GoToMeeting preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent command of Excel – ability to create pivot tables
Experience with website analytics, social media management platforms, and creative tools; Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Canva preferred
Willingness to learn Association Management System – currently “YourMembership”
Ability to work as a collaborative team member – we are a remote company so extra time and attention is expected to connect with your fellow team members
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Working Conditions: Remote position. Some travel may be required for special events, board meetings, and other programs.
