Responsibilities The product management teams own productstrategies, roadmaps, investment programs, work activities and are the primarybusiness liaison into the Lines of Business. This role will work closely with the Product Owner on managing thestrategy, engaging with stakeholders and executing the book of work.
We are seeking a Product Manager withhands on product/program management experience who has an ability to developtechnical recommendations. The Product Lead you will be part of the AIEngineering group within Global Technology organization. Key responsibilities will include: Improve product strategic focus, businessengagement, stakeholder management and business value. Plan, mobilize, influence, and drivechange in a complex, highly-matrixed environment Liaise with an extensive range ofbusiness stakeholders to align programs of work, oversee program delivery andtrack business value Organize multiyear roadmaps and programsof work Manage backlog, work flow andprioritization Complement institutional knowledge withindustry trends / best practices to develop governance frameworks, guidingprinciples, and detailed design of organizational constructs Provide directional insights and inputsinto Culture, People Agenda, Training and Development, Internal branding,Communications, and various Transformation / Change management efforts
Requirements 10 years of informationtechnology/software development experience in large global organizationsspecific to product development/management Demonstrated success in a productmanagement construct with an emphasis on analytics, artificial Intelligenceand/or Machine learning solutions. Preferred but not required expertise inat least one of the following areas: Natural Language Processing, ComputerVision, Speech Recognition, Reinforcement Learning, Ranking and Recommendation,or Time Series Analysis. Understanding of Software DevelopmentLife Cycle (SSDLC) requirements Lead a team of product manager to buildproducts and deliver solutions, depending on architecture and technicalspecifications. Demonstrated success in leadingtransformation programs, driving business value and long term success Strong influence and negotiating skillswith the ability to overcome resistance to execute against strategic plans Strategically oriented and can influenceat the group and Firm level as needed Expertise in working in partnership withcolleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achievecommon goals
