This roleprovides the opportunity to be part of a global Compliance Technology team thatspans multiple lines of business within JP Morgan Chase. As part of theCompliance Technology group, we deliver technology solutions to capture and tomonitor electronic and voice communications used by internal Surveillance teamsacross multiple regions.
You willbe joining the voice surveillance technology team within Compliance Technologythat will provide an end-to-end technology solution for internal surveillanceofficers to review voice communications for compliance purposes. As one of thekey contacts between Compliance Technology and the business, this is a visiblerole that requires strong partnership with various business groups andtechnology teams.

A strong understanding of at leastone business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of otherareas.
Proficiency in businessapplications, data usage and management
Work closely withbusiness partners (such as internal surveillance officers, software vendor,infrastructure engineers and other application developers) to elicitrequirements and to assist with their requirements priority.
Resolve application problemsby clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expeditingcorrection or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Ability to deal with ambiguityand assisting / directing the business to understand what they need.
If necessary, facilitatemeetings with business and technology partners to resolve conflicts, issues andto derive solutions.
Coordinate with otherapplications that involve in the end to end process flow to ensure we deliver acomplete solution to the business.

BS/BAdegree or equivalent experience
Experiencein one or more of the following business and technical areas:
Voice orElectronic Communications Surveillance
Compliancein the financial industry;
Surveillancerelated to financial industry
End-userservice in financial industry
Fluent inEnglish and Japanese languages (both written and verbal) and presentationskills as this role is required to liaise and support the Japan market
Experiencein writing Functional Requirements Document, Use Cases and drawing ArchitectureDiagram, Experience in writing Agile epics and stories will be a major plus.
Familiarityin any of the following is a huge plus:
Experiencein using Jira to manage back logs and to create Scrum or Kanban boards
MS Excel,Project, Word, Visio and PowerPoint (mandatory)
Any voicerecording and/or voice surveillance application
