As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You'll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

We're looking for a software engineer to help us build enterprise machine learning solutions. You will work on challenges such as:
Developing a platform for data scientists to quickly build, train and deploy machine learning models at scale.
Building reusable components for common machine learning problems and deploying them as containerized services.
Supplying architectural and engineering support to our partner team of data scientists and other product teams who want to integrate with our platform.
What impact will this person make? You will be part of a globally distributed team of Data Scientists and Engineers in New York, London, Glasgow and India. Your job will be to engineer rock-solid machine learning components and then deploy them to our enterprise cloud where they will be made available across the firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in machine learning to move further into the field. Essential:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative discipline.
Experience years' experience with hands-on software engineering.
Solid Java and Python programming skills.
Experience in distributed computing and micro-services.
Experience with cloud-native architecture and container orchestration (particularly Docker and Kubernetes).
An understanding of how to apply Machine Learning libraries.
Experience in Big Data technologies (particularly Spark).
Experience building solutions using reactive programming.
