Symphony is a messaging technology company developing a secure, compliant cloud based open communication platform that is purpose built for financial services and provides real and non-real time communication and information sharing. Since 2015, the vendor has been providing JPMC the capabilities to send secure messaging through traditional chat, structured data and inbound content feeds. Aim is to expand into advanced capabilities such as file screen sharing, voice, video and web conferencing. JPMC currently have 130,000 users on symphony, with a potential growth to an enterprise level usage of 250,000 within the next two years.
Adoption / Product Management
Lead for APAC adoption & product management.
Adoption (APAC) · Work with business on building use cases and help integrate symphony into workflows · Work with Symphony on hosting external roundtable events · Engage with clients on sharing best practices · Meet stakeholders and heads of business to help promote the product · Conduct APAC stakeholder updates · Work with regional compliance/TCO/Legal on approvals · Provide analytics to business on usage patterns · Conduct weekly end-user Demo's
Product Management (APAC)
Consolidate feedback from end- users through enhancement requests, training sessions and targeted working groups
Categorize requirements based on client, regulator and adoption impact
Partner with Symphony's Product, UX teams and Technical Account managers on defining problem statements, use cases and priority for the end user feedback which results in the product roadmap.
Manage issues and bugs partnering with GTI & the vendor and track to completion
Provide support to the Front Office on resolving usability issues
Excellent communication skills
Confident able to deal with senior stakeholders
Strong presentation skills
Self-starter, excellent attention to detail
Good working knowledge of symphony will be an advantage
