§ Provide leadership and management of an end to end infrastructure transformation program with competing priorities and multiple interrelated projects to deliver. § Responsible for organizing and leading the various project teams, set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members/stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects into BAU execution services. § Develop a trusted advisor relationship and establish collaborative connections across Global Technology groups to develop and execute solution strategies to support organizational direction, contributing to thought leadership and the development of infrastructure technology proposals and propositions. § Work alongside and support CIB Technology Leads and members an Infrastructure Design Authority team to ensure projects are aligned with strategic application roadmaps and provide infrastructure engineering guidance and recommendations to ensure implicit and explicit business and application requirements can be supported by proposed solutions. § Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices across the infrastructure technology domain specifically the evolution of software defined infrastructure. § Proven infrastructure knowledge working with large scale infrastructure estates with program/project management experience specifically in datacenter relocation, server and storage consolidation and cloud transformation. § Experience of virtualization technologies and (VMware, Containers, Public Cloud) and platform based services § Robust understanding of infrastructure provisioning and delivery frameworks to enable adoption and integration of new technology solutions into complex business infrastructure environments. § Extensive background in Infrastructure Project/Program Management, driving and motivating delivery teams to perform effectively and efficiently within broader programmes, in line with delivery expectations § Strong internal or external negotiation skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional teams, providing instruction and direction where necessary § Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to recommend and implement decisions to ensure the successful implementation of projects. § Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations level and ability to communicate technical information and ideas Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
