We have an opening in our Education Department for an Associate Director to develop and deliver sessions to our members in various formats. You can be the Association’s primary contact person for items related to the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) program, the National Check Professional (NCP) program and the new Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) program! We are looking to fill this position immediately and this person will report to the Director of Education.
Qualifications - Experience & Education
AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) or the ability to achieve this designation within 12-18 months of hiring, depending on exam schedule
Customer Service phone skills
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
Proficiency with Power Point
Must possess valid driver’s license to travel independently across the region
Serve as one of the primary persons to answer member calls with rules based questions
Develop and deliver training sessions and programs for member financial institutions and other interested parties
Present programs, both in-person and webinar-based for members and non-members
Coordinate accreditation programs of the association
Travel (driving and flying) throughout MN and parts of the Midwest 25-40% of the year, utilizing rental vehicles; able to fly across the US for conferences and other association-related meeting
Must be able to stand for long periods of time in professional attire when facilitating sessions and when performing the admin duties
Must be able to speak for long periods of time and possess professional speaking abilities
