As an Executive Director in the Strategy and Business Services (SBS) group you will help drive the overall business and operations agenda for the technology organization.
This role encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities, including:
Collaborate with product owners to support delivery routines such as service reviews, business reviews, accomplishments, town halls, cross GTI initiative reviews and other routines as relevant
Drive consistent monthly service reviews for aligning & managing business strategy, operating principles, financial targets & major investments across all ECAS product areas
Collaborate with Cyber and Technology Controls to ensure risks within the product areas are tracked and appropriately documented
Collaborate with Finance & Business Management to ensure transparency with product financial performance
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Vendor Management, Sourcing and Global Supplier Services to ensure supplier engagements are compliant to third party oversight standards.
Working closely with the relevant product owners and LOB partners to define, drive, and report on strategic programs that continuously improve stability, efficiency, and performance and ensure these initiatives are integrated with our core business plans
Work with all the Operations, Engineering and Line of Business management teams to help drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the business
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships across a complex organization
Ensure that new processes are clearly defined, documented, communicated, adhered to, and audit compliant
Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting efficiencies
Ensure transparency of project performance including timelines and budget, risks, issues, dependencies
Strong global exposure with an ability to coordinate and manage relationships across senior levels.
Analytical, structured approach to problem solving.

Honed consultative and influencing skills.
Strong knowledge of industry standard project management tools
Substantial IT Project Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership .
