Assists with the daily accounting function of Business Services by processing transactions.
1. Serves as primary cashier; 2. Processes student invoice billing; 3. Processes receipts for electronic payments; 4. Manages third party refund process; 5. Assists Director of Business Services with archiving historical data; 6. Processes charges for live Culinary and Lodge projects and assists with monthly reconciliation; 7. Assists with debt set-off submission to NC Department of Revenue; 8. Other duties as assigned.
1. Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field; or Bachelor degree; 2. Cash handling and daily balancing; 3. Two or more years of office and customer service experience.
1. Experience with NC Community College or University.
