Proven Program Management / Project Management experience across geographies
Extensive stakeholder management experience, working with different levels of senior management
Previous experience in defining and implementing project/program governance standards
Program Financials Planning & Change Management expertise
Proficient in both facets of delivery - Waterfall & Agile
Understanding of the APAC markets, specifically the Treasury Services business.
Understanding of the Risk and Control / Regulatory environments in APAC Banking industry
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Key responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
Drive demand management and delivery from business initiation to implementation
Monitoring and reporting of progress against plan
Liaising with the initiation team to review project pipeline and ensure there is capacity within the teams to deliver the projects
Plan and Manage the Treasury Services financials and manage demand against capacity
Drive forums with senior management to review progress, risks, issues and key decisions
Ensuring projects progress properly through the defined project lifecycle and tollgates
Ensure that implementation events are properly organized, support and managed
Develop and maintain strong business and technology relationships, becoming a trusted partner, as well as building relationships with corporate functions such as Audit,
Effective communicate with peers across multiple roles in technology - PM, BA, AD and Testers
Regular reforecasting of project budgets, monitoring actual spend against plan
Communication with key stakeholders, both internal to Technology, and with the business sponsors
Demonstrable evidence of managing large scale Programmes and Projects across the full project lifecycle (waterfall & agile)
Extensive experience in technology software delivery, preferably for financial institutions
Stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to influence senior management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Strong decision making capability
Ability and energy to design and drive change
Strong execution skills for overseeing regional initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent required
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in financial services is preferred
