Challenge yourself, your peers and our industry by shaping what health care looks like and doing your life's best work.(sm) Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior IT Quality Consultant for our Cypress, California location responsible for leading all testing activities includes estimating Quality Assurance efforts for projects, preparing testing schedules, resource allocation and assigning tasks for onshore and offshore resources, tracking deliverables, troubleshooting challenges, conducting performance tests for the application for each release, and application automation. Responsible for proving status of all projects to the project managers, IT leadership and business stake holders. Implement Quality Assurance Process and TMMI (Testing Maturity Model Index), which helps streamline processing for STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). Lead 7-10 Projects for each quarter. The projects are highly complex and require skills like full understanding of the Electronic Payment Systems, Strong SQL skills, expertise in tools like Load runner for conducting performance tests, expertise in QTP and Selenium to guide and create test automation, expertise in ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) data loads. Mentoring and training new and junior resources and help them to be successful testers and team members. Act as an Agile coach for the entire portfolio. Responsible for collaborating and conducting meetings with cross applications, developers, system analysts, program and project managers, business teams, database administrators, scrum masters, production support, corporate automation teams to carry out project activities and lead to successful delivery. Serve as the single point of contact for the testing team for all project deliverables.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. 5 years related progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Will accept experience gained concurrently. Must also have at least 12 months of demonstrated ability with each of the following: 1) Financial and billing systems, payer enrollment, claims and electronic payment systems; 2) Conducting performance test and test lead; 3) Managing and leading projects in an onshore offshore model including budget management; 4) Using SQL and Quality tools including QTP, Rally, QUalit Center, and test management tools; and 5) Automation experience with ability to script and rebuild or modify existing scripts.
